Our family holiday took an unexpected turn with some frustrating moments at the hotel. While the pool area was great and the rooms were clean, the service left much to be desired, particularly at check-in and when handling our bills. The lack of English-speaking staff made issues harder to resolve, and unfortunately, we experienced significant cleanliness concerns with our bedding.

I had a wonderful holiday at this charming hotel. The rooms were basic but impeccably clean, and the pool area was lovely and well-maintained. The staff truly made the experience special, especially the bar team who were welcoming and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. We tried the breakfast, which offered a taste of Turkish cuisine, and it was fun to explore new dishes. However, we had to walk to a sister hotel for dinner, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway that I wouldn't hesitate to return to.

The staff was exceptional, especially Tarik and Dom, who went above and beyond to help make my experience memorable. Although I found the walk to the sister hotel's restaurant a bit inconvenient, the overall food was really good. However, I did have some issues with the timing and service at the Delux restaurant during dinner. The room's furniture felt somewhat outdated, but the cleanliness and pool access were fantastic.
